All orders are processed and delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of order confirmation. We do our best to ensure your jewellery reaches you within this estimated timeframe.
2. Payment Method
We currently accept prepaid orders only and do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Full payment must be completed at checkout for your order to be processed.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing your tracking details, allowing you to follow your package’s journey until it reaches you.
4. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated 7–10 business days, unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unexpected events may occasionally affect delivery timelines.
